Livery

Osbaston House Farm is well-known for its knowledge, experience and first-class service. We offer a full, part and retirement livery service; significant importance is placed on the individual nature and personality of each and every horse. Horse owners, naturally, want to be absolutely confident that their horses are in the best possible hands, and will be given the highest care and attention. At Osbaston House Farm Stables you can be completely reassured of a comprehensive and professional service.

	Services A regular routine helps horses to feel safe and relaxed, building upon this, we dedicate time to forging a friendship and bond with each horse and this ensures the comfort and happiness of your horse. All liveries include the following services: Feeding and haying - three hay nets daily and a morning and evening feed; Turning out and bringing in; Daily mucking out, two bales of shavings per week for horses, one for ponies; Evening skip out; Rugs changes as required; Feet picked out daily; Full use of facilities; Storage for tack and equipment; Individual rail for rugs; Parking. 	Facilities There is ample grassland for grazing; all our grazing fields are enclosed with post and rail or thick natural hedging. We rotationally graze to ensure all year round turn out and we have an annual maintenance programme. Our stables are a minimum size of 12 x 12, well ventilated and have comfortable rubber matting; stable toys and licks are provided. The tack room is locked at all times, you have individual storage for your tack and grooming kits and each stable is allocated a corresponding rug rail. We have a 40 x 20m outdoor ménage with fixed dressage plates.
	Personnel Osbaston House Farm is the home of John and Sharon, situated in the heart of Atherstone hunting country. Sharon dedicates her time fully to the horses and her Shetland Pony Stud, whilst not forgetting to look after John and the farmhouse! With a lifetime of devotion to horses, excellent organisational skills and phenomenal patience your horse will be in very safe and loved hands with Sharon.
	Keeping in Touch For horses or ponies on retirement livery we’ll provide a regular email to keep you informed which will include pictures and an update, you’ll be so pleased to hear from your horse and contented that they are enjoying a blissful retirement.
	Tariff Full livery is £80 per week for horses and £75 per week for ponies. Part livery is £60 per week for horses and £55 per week for ponies. Retirement Livery is from £70 per week.
